What we handle
Review taxable supplies and imports against the registration rules, then help assemble the documents required for an application.
Review sales and purchase records, reconcile VAT accounts and prepare a return with exceptions highlighted for your approval.
Keep tax invoices and supporting records organised, and track the filing period shown in the company’s FTA account.
How it works
What we need from you
VAT certificate or registration status, sales and purchase invoices, import or export records where relevant, accounting ledger and authorised FTA account access.
Scope boundaries
Historic return corrections, tax disputes, bookkeeping repair and specialist legal opinions are scoped separately after reviewing the facts.
Common questions
The Federal Tax Authority states that a UAE-resident business must register when taxable supplies and imports exceed AED 375,000 in the previous 12 months, or are expected to exceed that amount in the next 30 days. The facts and exceptions need checking for each business.
The FTA generally requires filing and payment by the 28th day after the end of the tax period, subject to non-working days or public holidays. The company’s VAT certificate and FTA account show the applicable period.
We can review a separate VAT scope, but accurate transaction records and reconciliations are still needed before a return can be prepared.
