Who is responsible

Qawi Technologies LLC handles the information you send through this website. For questions, access, corrections or deletion requests, email hello@qawi.ae.

What we collect and why

When you request a call, calendar or company value report, we collect the contact and company details you enter, your selected answers, and basic referral information such as the page or campaign that brought you here. We use this information to provide the requested service, send the result or confirmation, and follow up about that request. The company value report is prepared by people; the form does not calculate a valuation.

Please do not send financial statements or other confidential documents through the report form. Submitting it does not create a non-disclosure agreement.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores calendar and report records. Resend delivers transactional email. Formspree processes book-a-call requests. If you choose to schedule a meeting, Calendly processes the booking and may use its own cookies. These providers receive the information needed for their part of the service and may process it outside the UAE. We do not sell the details you submit.

How long we keep it

Our calendar and report application schedules removal of lead records and generated calendar files after 30 days. Copies in Qawi email, Formspree or Calendly may follow different retention settings. If you would like us to remove a request sooner, email us and we will review it, subject to any records we must keep.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or tell us not to contact you again about a request. Contact hello@qawi.ae and include enough detail for us to locate the request. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
