UAE accounting & tax services

Bookkeeping and accounting for UAE companies

Know what the numbers say before a filing, finance request or decision makes them urgent. Qawi keeps the underlying records organised and gives owners a usable monthly view.

Discuss your needs

Who it is for

A clear scope for your company.

For founders and finance leads who have outgrown a spreadsheet, inherited incomplete books, or need regular accounts across a UAE mainland or free zone company.

What we handle

Work that connects to the next decision.

Monthly books

Record and categorise transactions from invoices, receipts and bank statements; reconcile bank and key balance sheet accounts.

Management view

Prepare periodic profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow information with explanations of material movements and open items.

Year-end readiness

Organise schedules and supporting documents for year-end accounts, tax work, an audit or a bank review.

How it works

Start with the records. Agree the routine.

  1. Review your current records, systems and reporting needs.
  2. Agree a document handover rhythm, responsibilities and monthly close date.
  3. Reconcile, review exceptions with you and deliver the agreed reports.

What we need from you

Start with the evidence.

Company licence and financial year, access to the existing ledger, bank statements, sales and purchase invoices, and any prior financial statements.

Scope boundaries

Agree the extras first.

Historic clean-up, statutory audit, tax return preparation and filing are scoped separately unless included in the agreed proposal.

Common questions

Before you get started

Can you take over incomplete books?

We start with a review of the available records and identify the periods and reconciliations that need repair. Catch-up work is scoped separately before regular monthly work begins.

Do you work with a company outside Dubai?

Yes. Qawi works online with UAE mainland and free zone companies. Document exchange and review meetings can be handled remotely.

Does bookkeeping include tax filing?

VAT and corporate tax work can be coordinated with the books, but the filing scope and responsibilities are agreed separately. See the dedicated tax service pages.

We will discuss your company, the work required and a proposed scope for ongoing or one-off support.
